Yawei Hao is an AWS Cloud Support Engineer at Amazon Seattle office. He provides technical support for AWS customers around the world, particularly Mandarin speaking customers and global customers who have business in China. Yawei is a specialist in DevOps oriented services.

He is a Certified Subject Matter Expert on ECS (Elastic Container Services) and also a nominated speaker at 2018 AWS China Summit in Beijing. Yawei has a Bachelor degree from Sichuan University and a Master degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University.
