Aligners come from different backgrounds with different levels of coding experience. With that being said, each Aligner needs different plans/schedules for them to build themselves up in order to get their first intern/full-time offer. In this CiE session, Mengjiao will show you different schedules from former Aligners in the hopes that you can find the one that matches your situation best. At the end of the session, you will know that a FLAG offer is also possible for you!
