Why is Northeastern in the Northwest?

Ever since I started in my CEO/Dean role at our Seattle Graduate campus, I have regularly been asked this question.  Our Northeastern title can confuse folks here!  In a recent interview with former KUOW reporter Steve Sher, I talk briefly about why we are here, how we work with the  other great  higher education institutions in the state, and my long-term vision for Northeastern-Seattle.  I hope you find this useful, and welcome other questions.
